Dr. Ulrich Bahr and the IES team improve upon the popular, lightweight and compact, 166,500 lumen Model 4432C to offer the Model 4438 in the same structure design but with an additional 83,000 lumen capacity when used in sync mode.
Braunshweig, Germany – Just two years ago in 2017, IES introduced the world to the Model 4432C; a compact and lightweight, portable LED lamp with the capability of outputting 100,000 lumens continuously and an easy option for sync operation. Now Dr. Ulrich Bahr and the team at IES bring us an improved version of the 4432C: the Model 4438.
The IES Model 4438 LED Lamp took the benefits of the 4432C and significantly improved upon them:
Used in sync mode (done through a simple single cable connection), the 4438 lamp has a whopping 50% more output capacity than its 4432C predecessor, adding an additional 83,000+ lumens to an already impressive lamp. The 4438 comes in the same package as the 4432C, weighing in at only 2kg in a 16cm x 16cm x 19cm octagonal frame. With head to base separation, the lamp is capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -45°C (-49°F) and as high as 90°C (194°F).
